Whilst we have the facilities for volunteers to launder items before they are given to our clients, we are grateful if donations could be provided in clean and washed condition if possible. Any items that are not suitable to be given directly to clients will be repurposed or recycled (please see our Environmental Objectives for more details).

Please note that some items may be sold if not appropriate to give out to those in crisis. For example: evening attire, wetsuits, jewellery, and fabric that’s unsuitable for our craft group. This allows us to raise vital funds for the charity.

Sometimes, we may have to refuse donations if they are not suitable or if we have recently received an influx of similar items. If you are donating toys or baby equipment, we recommend calling ahead to check what we can accept.

Look out for a blue sign for Mulberry Business Park when you are on Fishponds Road.  

If you see a white sign for Mulberry Business Park you have gone too far and need to turn back to find the blue sign.
